DESCRIPTION:Join us for our annual Members-Only Holiday party at the beautiful Isla del Sol Yacht Club. A cash bar is available for those who choose to purchase a drink. \nImportant Note: This event on December 9 is a week later in the month than our usual Spotlight Luncheon because of previously scheduled events at Isla del Sol. \nWe must charge a non-refundable fee of $10 for this event due to increased food costs at Isla and because of the costs of the free TBI Anniversary Party event in November. \nLuncheon Menu\n\nSalad\n\nIsla Winter Salad: Crisp Romaine Lettuce tossed in Lemon Poppy Seed Vinaigrette with Shaved Pears\, Apples\, Dried Cranberries\, Toasted Cashews and Gruyere Cheese\n\nChoice of Entree\n\nMiss Clause Beef Bourguignon: Slow-braised Short Ribs topped with Caramelized Pearl Onions\, Crisp Bacon and Mushrooms with Chef’s Choice starch and vegetables\n\n\n Chili-Cured Grouper: Topped with a Mandarin Orange Hollandaise Sauce\, Lobster and Shrimp with Chef’s Choice starch & vegetables\n\n\nVegetarian Option: Chef’s Choice\n\nDessert\n\nUpside-Down Apple Pie with Caramel and Pecans\n\n\nRSVP and Pay\nReservations for this event will open on November 1\, 2026.\n  \nPLEASE NOTE: The Club pays for meals for anyone who RSVPs and does not attend. If you do not attend after you RSVP\, you will be charged the total cost of the luncheon meal ($43 = $10 deposit + $33 balance).
